Our Team

Michael Manley has been appraising residential real estate since 1987 before establishing Michael Manley Appraisals LLC in 2002. He specializes in relocation, mortgage, and luxury home appraisals and has experience with dissolution of marriage, estate, and pre-listing appraisals. Michael has recently brought on our newest member, Henry Switlik, as an appraiser trainee. Jill Gregory, our Office Manager, has been with us for over eight years providing excellent customer service.
